Receptionist - Full Time

Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills? We are seeking a Receptionist to join our team! As the first point of contact, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

  • Greeting and assisting visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional manner.

  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries.

  • Maintain office files, records, and correspondence.

  • Assist with taking inbound calls, data entry, and general administrative tasks, including customer payments.

  • Process incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.

  • Coordinate with project managers, and other office staff as needed.

  • Order office supplies and manage inventory.

  • Assist customers with counter sales.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant (construction industry experience preferred).

  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills are essential.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access) and general office equipment.

  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week

Installers - Full Time

After 32 years as the industry leader, we are still growing! We are currently seeking experienced Pool Cage Installers, Prefabricators, and Screeners to join our team to support our client’s needs. The ideal candidates will be detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and communication skills. All employees must adhere to all safety procedures while on duty and provide the highest of standards of quality workmanship and service for our clients.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Must be comfortable with heights and use of ladders

  • Must be comfortable working outdoors in Florida climate

  • Must be dependable and committed

  • Must have reliable transportation

  • Must have a good work ethic

  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Must be able to lift 50+lbs

  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen​​

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Previous experience in a similar role preferred

  • Formal training in gutter installation is preferred

  • Professional appearance and demeanor

  • Solid customer service skills

  • Ability to use a wide variety of power and hand tools
